Shipment&Delivery

Will you deliver deliver parcel to any postal code?

Yes we will. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

What Courier do you ship with and how do I expedite delivery?

It actually depends on your location,we usually ship with ups, DHL, Fedex

If you need to expedite the delivery, you can contact us to ship with overnight way. Once parcel been shipped out, you can contact customer service by visiting courier website.

How do I change the deliver address?

Edit your new address details and reach to us by E-mail or Facebook FAN PAGE Messenger,

we will use the new address to create the shipping label if we have not send out before receive your contact.

We will try to help contacting the courier to reroute once parcel had sent out, but we couldn't guarantee the success.

How do I get the tracking number of my order??

Usually you will get the tracking number via E-mail notification.If no, you can get tracking by next few steps:

1/ Log in the website with your register account

2/ Click my order, then you will see the tracking number.

3/ If still no, send us e-mail to contact us.
Note: Maybe it will take longer for you to see the tracking number if there was no shipment service available during the weekend and vacation. But we will fill the tracking number and courier name under your order at the first time after we processed the parcel sending out. 

Return & Refund

Do you guys offer a return and refund?

  Yes we do, you share return rights within 30 days if you don't need the parcel and the product are in whole status, return shipment fee is on your side.  If it's the wrong of our that parcel was sent wrongly or products with defiance, we would take charge of the shipment fee.

Can I exchange product if I order wrongly?

Of course, you can. Contact with our customer service to let you us know your itention, we will calculate the price and value to have a exchange for you

But we won't take charge of the return fee.

Order & Payment

It shows I could't make the payment with my card?

Sometimes it is caused by limits from card center. You can get the problem solved by contacting your card center or try your other cards.

If you still can't solved by after the try, you can contact us for other payment ways.

E-mail notify me order failed but paymnet went thtough?

We understand you are worried. Please be easy, we will arrange your order shipping as long as we received your payment, you can contact us to confirm when you found the anomaly. The order system have error to detect payment sometimes, but we can vertify your order process.

I could't remember and not able to reset my password.

Contact our customer service, tell us your register E-mail, name, we will reset the password for you or send the password reset link to you.

It shows I don't have one account although I have registered?

Maybe you have several E-mail and remember the regoster E-mail wrongly, we can check your account status for you and help you to log in

It not allow me to login my account?

Maybe it is caused by devices or browsers. If it happens, you can try to log with different computer or mobile with different browsers.
